Avery Farms is a 50,000 sq. ft. Advanced indoor agricultural facility designed for year-round lettuce production, yielding over 10,000 heads of premium-quality lettuce daily. Inspired by Japanese precision farming techniques, the facility operates 365 days a year with maximum efficiency.
This build featured our high-performance light weight TILT Series Building System, incorporating:

• R48 TILT-Up Wall Panels
• Pre-Engineered Steel Roof Joists, Columns, and Beams
• R50 Insulated Roof Panel System

Efficiency Advantage:

• Only 6 truckloads were needed to transport the TILT Panels, compared to the 50-60 truckloads that would have been required for standard concrete tilt-up construction, significantly reducing transportation costs and environmental impact.
